The Central Manager module is an administrator's personal account where the main system settings are made, accounts are created and there is access to the recruitment statistics of the entire company.
It is mainly intended for HR Directors, Heads of Recruitment or Lead Recruiters. The first account is free. Below you need to specify the number of additional accounts.
The Unit Director module is a personal account for your departments, where candidates will be signed up for interviews
The manager module is a personal account of the manager who is responsible for a certain territory or region.
It is mainly intended for HRBPs, area managers, COOs, etc.
The recruiting agency module is a personal account for external recruiters. If you have recruitment agencies that provide recruiting services to you and they don't have their own ATS, then you can create SolvoPro accounts for them.
You can attach several recruiters to one agency. Specify the total number of personal accounts of recruiters for all agencies
The recruiter module is a personal account for your internal recruiters.
If you have staffing agencies that provide you with recruitment services and they have their own ATS, they can set up API integration.

Our usual contract has a duration of one year. If you want a longer contract, we can give you a contract for up to three years. If you require a contract which can be canceled on a monthly basis, we will add 20% to the contract price. The service price is paid at the beginning of the contract. If you require something else, please discuss this with us in a call.
We have some standard integrations, e.g. to all major recruiting platforms). Those are included in the package. In addition we have the possibility for your IT to connect to our system through REST services. If you require something else, lets set up a call and discuss your specifics.
